This is absolutely great. I didn???t listen to it twice a day but once. I have noticed a lot of positive changes already and I am a couple weeks into it. Like always Louise Hay does not disappoint. She is absolutely fabulous!

I have read a few books in this O'Briens series by the author. The books are easy to listen to and you don't have to pay much attention if you are doing something else. However, all the books seem to sound the same. At the end of her books too the author seems to get bored and just ties everything up.

This isn't the type of book I normally listen to. After the first chapter I sucked right in to the back waters of Mississippi. The characters came to life for me and I found myself thinking about them while I wasn't listening to the book. I hope that anyone listening to this book enjoys it as much as I did. Its a thrilling old fashion murder mystery.

I too rolled my eyes quite a bit during this book. It is stated several times that it takes a big man to admit when he is wrong. No it takes a person willing to take responsibility for their actions to admit when they are wrong. Anyone in touch with reality knows no one is perfect including themselves.

The storyline over all is good but this book did not linger with me as it did others who wrote reviews. Bethann is really great character and made the book enjoyable. The way the author explained the characters points of view was insightful and interesting at times.

Finally I broke through! I cannot send enough love to Martha Beck for writing this book. It explained to me not only the stage I am (was) in but why I was feeling what I was feeling, and why things seemed way harder then they should be. The tools she offers here are life changing and absolutely amazing.

If you feel stuck or unsure about where you are going or working extremely hard but not getting anywhere this book will help you!

This is the first book by this author I have read, I have seen her before on Oprah. I will be reading all the other books by her!

I hope this book can help you understand the mystery and much as it did me.

Overall I think this book is just ok. I like her better on tv than in this book. There are times I feel like she is trying too hard to be funny. I also think she is exaggerating quite a bit, but it is called ???and other tall tales???.

I would have given this book 5 stars but there is a part early on in the book that the author has the main male character stating that marriage should be between a man and woman only. The rest of the book was great and just what I was looking for. I am torn because I would really like to read the other books but I don???t want to support an author who puts her agenda into her character(s) which I am completely against.

The storyline is great its like a chick flick in a book, without being too mushy or over the top.

These are several mediations 15 minutes long one for am and one for pm. I found them to be easy to follow, fun and relaxing. This is now the main tool I use to meditate. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

I did really get a lot from this book. He explains why some foods that we hear about aren't good for you. He doesn't just say don't do this or that, he explains what is in certain foods that can harm you and how they harm you. Its your choice then to decide what to put in your body. He also takes all the changes very slow which is a huge key to change in my opinion.

The reason I think this is better as a paper book is to have the recipes easy to use at your finger tips. I went to a used bookstore and had the book on hand as I listened to it as well in my car.

I really enjoyed this book. Jane is funny, witty and charming. I am not a big fan of the show glee but every interview on saw on her I loved. She explains her mistakes in a very intelligent no holds barred way. I was rooting for her the whole time. If you even kinda like her you will love her and this book.

I agree with the other reviews, the book overall is great. The narrator on the other hand is reading as fast as she can and makes it very hard to listen to or to keep track of what is going on. I would suggest listening to a sample first to see if you can tolerant the narrators style.
