When Joe Ledger and Echo Team rescue a group of American college kids held hostage in Iran, the Iranian government then asks them to help find six nuclear bombs planted in the Mideast oil fields. These stolen WMDs will lead Joe and Echo Team into hidden vaults of forbidden knowledge, mass-murder, betrayal, and a brotherhood of genetically-engineered killers with a thirst for blood.

I love these books I own and read each book and never get bored. Jonathan Maberry Joe Ledger Series is the Michael Bay of books in terms of action while having a story that keeps you wondering and keeps you on your toes. I highly recommend this Series buy all four (plus the short story's). The narration by Ray Porter is simply awesome. Every character has a different voice and accent that's based on the location of the novel.

Three hundred years after the events of the Mistborn trilogy, Scadrial is now on the verge of modernity, with railroads to supplement the canals, electric lighting in the streets and the homes of the wealthy, and the first steel-framed skyscrapers racing for the clouds.Kelsier, Vin, Elend, Sazed, Spook, and the rest are now part of history—or religion. Yet the old magics of Allomancy and Feruchemy continue to play a role in this reborn world....

What made the experience of listening to The Alloy of Law the most enjoyable?

I love the Mistborn trilogy all 5 stars with the twists and turns the plot brings, and this is no exception. I like what the author has does show to show the advancement that has happen to this world in a real believable way. I do like the main character, as well as the side character I really hope that they all stay if there is a new Mistborn book. This book is has funnier moments then the original three, but the book keeps the twists and turns almost as well as the original as well. I recommend this book to anyone even if you never read the first three, but be warn some of the points in the book due need knowledge of the original, and the author does not go into depth about alloys, and how they can be used.

Have you listened to any of Michael Kramer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Michael does everything right when it comes to his performance, all the main characters have a different voices.
