This book is straight forward Christian marriage counseling from a couple who have made their marriage into a ministry to help others.

I love this series, this book was not the best in the series, but it was well written as I have come to except from Taylor Anderson. As always this book left me wanting the next book to come out. Generally I hate series because of this fact, but this one has pulled me in. The narrative was what I have come to expect.

This is hard to answer since they are all great, personally I love the time period these characters are set in. World War two was a hard time for America and this book demonstrates the determination that the men and women of this time period possess.

I liked them all.

They better not make a movie, they would ruin the story, it's way too big for the movies.

I got this book free, it sounded okay in the description. But I didn't like the story, the narrative was fine. I'm just tired of vampires.

Never really liked this types of books

The narration was fine

This book was just a bad choice on my part.

I'm not sure if it was the weak character developement or maybe they were just so two dimensional and paper thin. I like the story, but there were times in it ....well lets just say the author didn't understand everything he was writing about. The characters didn't live up to their job titles. I listened to the book twice so it's not a total waste of a credit, I will most likely listen to the next book, after I am a story junkie. I love a story above all things, but do enjoy a good story with strong realistic characters.

This was a fun trip back into dark tower series, but it is also a book that could have been passed up. It doesn't add any new details to the original story. It is not a favorite for me, but it was a fun listen. I will defend King's performance, I thought he did a fine job narrating this story. Are better narrators yes, but I have listened to him narrate before.

This is one of Kings books I have been waiting for on audio and it didn't disappoint I enjoyed the story and performance. Yes it's a little dated, but it was a fun listen.

Wow! This is a powerful book especially if your struggling with both your faith and lust. This book is not the be all end all, it is a map that can lead you from the darkness. I have struggled for years now and this is the first book that put things into perspective for me. I highly recommend this book. I also thank God for putting this book into my hands when he did.

What else can I say this book was just a fun listen. Good story, good narrating. Probably not an award winner, but I like this book .

Taylor Anderson has weaved a great story here. There is a lot of detail and thought put into this story and it ranges from the mundane to the obvious. This installment moves the story along as it should and it brings new characters into the lime light while keeping the main characters at the spear point. This is a huge story about a small group trapped in a different world. I love this idea and the way it's being laid out. One of the best things for me is watching and reading how the author has grown in his skill and craft over these novels. If you haven't read the other books start there first and enjoy the series.

Book two is even better then the first one!!
