"This Book SUCKED !"
Of all the books I have listened to or read about Viet Nam this was the worst one. This is comming from a Viet Nam Vet who served with the 5 th. Infantry Div, and the 101st Airborne Div. Recon Team LRRP.
"The things they cannot say."
I found this book to be interesting and I enjoyed it. I would recommend this book to others.
"The Lions of Iwo Jima."
A great book. Very interesting and it kept my interest through the whole book. I would recommend this book to a friend, or ant one.
"You'll Be Sor-ee"
A tipical story of the Korean War, but I would still recommend it to others.
"Sandakan."
This is a twin to the Bataan Death March, only it's Australia's version of it. I almost think it was worse than Bataan, I could not believe the extent of the losses the Australians experienced. It is a must read for any one. A truly great book.
"Pacific Crucible."
I would recommend this book to a friend. Another good story about WWII. If you are interested in the war in the Pacific buy this book you won't be disappointed.
"The Outpost."
This book is a must read for any one. I was in the military and things like this happen more often than you would think. It is not always the smartest person that makes the decisions. They should have found out who planed to put the outpost in that valley and court marshalled him. to loose all those men for nothing, a lot like Viet Nam. What a waste.
"The Liberator."
I enjoyed this book. A lot of action and found it to be very interesting. I would recommend this book to any one, Very Good.
"Ortona"
I enjoyed this book very much. We usually don't hear about what other countries did in WWII.I would recommend this book to others.
"Instructions for American Servicemen in Australia."
For the money it was worth it. Interesting on how the government tried to regulate the way there cervicemen behaved in other countries.
"Scent of the missing."
Very disappointing. It was more about the woman and her dog than finding people. Not at all what I had expected.
