If you like movies, specially David Lynch's, and additionally you are familiar with Budhism, this book will be interesting.

If you only like buddhism, is not for you. If you only like David Lynch filmography...hmmm, maybe you will like it.

First of all the book is too preachy. If you can set aside the fact that is written for christian audience it can be tolerable. But the real issue is that the book doesn't offer the level of depth, insight and action to really face true half time challenges. Rather is the story of a rich man who lost his son and decided to dedicate full time to his church.

In this audio, Tracy makes a summary of his most common teachings by using the analogy of a flight plan. The teachings are very practical and to the point, but if you are familiar with his material you won't find anything new here.

The author brings forth another development hierarchy that may look too simple for those familiar with Wilber's or Loevinger's models.

Not quite a good listen for long-time developmental psychology students.

In a very entertaining way, this audiobook exposes relevant values in how to make our lives more fulfilling. I recommend it.

If you have read most of Sharma's books, you will find that he repeats himself in this audio speech. So you may want to hear it to refresh some ideas but you won't hear nothing new.

If you hear a lot of spiritual self-help maybe you won't learn nothing new with this material. Although, the way in which he teaches and the words he use, make this listening worth the time and money.

If you are familiar with traditional psychology/motivational concepts this book is a good refresh, but that's all.

The author explains in another, less commercial way, ideas that are similar to what The Secret shows.

If you are already familiar with the details of SDi this material can be an excellent complement. Conversely, if you are new to this subject it may appear boring and technical and you should start with the book or something else.

Don Beck is not the best narrator but provides very good examples and insights about Spiral Dynamics.

Some interesting insights about the spiritual basis of work, but nothing new.

If you are looking for guidance in how to realize your real potential in your work, this is not the audiobook.
