Just a generation ago this place was called America. Now, after the worldwide implementation of UN-lead program called Agenda 21, it's simply known as the 'Republic'. There is no president. No congress. No Supreme Court. No freedom. There are only the Authorities. Citizens have two primary goals in the new Republic: to create clean energy and to create new human life. Those who cannot do either are of no use to society. This bleak and barren existence is all that 18-year-old Emmeline has ever known.

What could Glenn Beck have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

A male narrator. The story needs to provide more background to how the world depicted in Agenda 21 came about. The background story would have given context.

Would you listen to another book narrated by January LaVoy?

She does a good job but the story needed more.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

It does paint a picture of a world similar to 1984 but much darker.

What did you love best about The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich?

The detail of historical events are masterful.

    Any additional comments?

If you want to really know about how the third Reich came about then this is the one book you need. It is full of information that is not commonly reported and gives a blow by blow account of the rise of Hitler and the mad men who allowed it.

A plan to destroy America, a hundred years in the making, is about to be unleashed. There is a powerful technique called the Overton Window that can shape our lives, our laws, and our future. It works by manipulating public perception so that ideas previously thought of as radical begin to seem acceptable over time. Move the Window and you change the debate. Change the debate and you change the country.

    Story

If you have been watching Glenn's TV show, the you will be see how he weaves current events into a not so far fetched plot the looks a lot like current day events. It is surprising entertaining, thoughtful, and disturbing since the story is a look into current events in our beloved country.
