In this endlessly fascinating book, New Yorker columnist James Surowiecki explores a deceptively simple idea that has profound implications: large groups of people are smarter than an elite few, no matter how brilliant. Groups are better at solving problems, fostering innovation, coming to wise decisions, even predicting the future.

    "Good"
    Overall

The book and the details are very good the only issue I had was it rambles on and gets a little repetitive but better then many books out there.

"Loved This book will listen to again and again"

The depth the author goes into about the fair in Chicago is amazing. I would put this book up there with books by Dan Brown.

Combat veteran and author Hans Halberstadt takes listeners deeper inside the elusive world of snipers than ever before, from recruitment and training to the brutality of the killing fields. Based on hundreds of hours of exclusive interviews, Halberstadt gets inside the sniper mind and shows how snipers think and interact with each other, how missions are planned and executed, how the weapons work, and even what happens when a bullet finally strikes its target.

There are only a few hundred snipers from all the services put together in combat at any one time, making this true inside story a rare and important event.

    Overall

Going on a trip and needed a book to listen to, I was in a hurry so I got this one to hold me over and was way better then expected. It has some very graphic details about snipers but very very good.
