If you could sum up To Keep Your Customers, Keep it Simple (Harvard Business Review) in three words, what would they be?

Short, to the point and a very interesting observation of marketing in retail and other industries.

Bill Bryson has been an enormously popular author both for his travel books and for his books on the English language. Now, this beloved comic genius turns his attention to science. Although he doesn't know anything about the subject (at first), he is eager to learn, and takes information that he gets from the world's leading experts and explains it to us in a way that makes it exciting and relevant.

Where does A Short History of Nearly Everything rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    One of the very best.

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Short History of Nearly Everything?

The book made me aware of my real place in this world and how important it is to focus on the continuity of our world as a whole rather then our own insignificant problems and issues.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The book truly made me gain perspective on myself and the world I live in.

    Any additional comments?

An absolute "must listen", especially for those amount us who are looking to understand a scientific perspective on where we and our world originated from.
