What made the experience of listening to Sarah the most enjoyable?

Self reflection. This brings a biblical story that already had meaning to me, and personalizes it. It allowed me to dive deeper into the characters that I've grown up learning about.

    Which scene was your favorite?

When Sarah picks apart and sees through the deception which results in a coup against Pharoh.

    Any additional comments?

Great read, and I recommend it to anyone. Religous or not.

In a scrap heap within an abandoned factory, the greatest invention in history lies dormant and unused. By what fatal error of judgment has its value gone unrecognized, its brilliant inventor punished rather than rewarded for his efforts? In defense of those greatest of human qualities that have made civilization possible, one man sets out to show what would happen to the world if all the heroes of innovation and industry went on strike.

In a not-too-distant future that is not quite ours, there has been a major scientific breakthrough. It is a way to open windows into the past, permitting historical researchers to view, but not participate, in the events of the past.

In one of the most powerful and thought-provoking novels of his remarkable career, Orson Scott Card interweaves a compelling portrait of Christopher Columbus with the story of a future scientist who believes she can alter human history from a tragedy of bloodshed and brutality to a world filled with hope and healing.
