Here is a timeless and wonderful collection from the best sources of fairy tales: Hans Christian Andersen, Charles Perrault, the Brothers Grimm, and Antoine Galland.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If there were 50 chapters, I would give it 5 stars. My kid loves it, but he gets very frustrated that he cannot jump right to the stories he wants to hear. I will contact customer support. If they cannot fix it, I'll get a refund and find another way to get this audiobook in proper digital format.

It begins with Peter, a devoted man of faith, as he is called to the mission of a lifetime, one that takes him galaxies away from his wife, Bea. Peter becomes immersed in the mysteries of an astonishing new environment, overseen by an enigmatic corporation known only as USIC. His work introduces him to a seemingly friendly native population struggling with a dangerous illness and hungry for Peter's teachings - his Bible is their "book of strange new things."

I kept waiting for something interesting to happen. Many times I thought, "here comes the hook.". Then that fizzled away. I might ask for a refund on this one. I just wish some real conflict had happened.
