Yes, even if they haven't read any other books by Jennifer Weiner. I really like when stories are about more than 1 person and in this case they all end up being friends.
It gave me something to listen to on my way home in the afternoons.
I could see all 3 books being made into a movie but I don't think it would last for a TV series.
I don't think so. I normally only read a book once. After the first you already know how it ends or what the "secret" is.
That the story was about 3 seperate families within a community.
I think I have either read or listened to all of Mary Kay's books and the storyline is exactly what I like to read/listen to. She always has a sense of humor and it able to keep me interested by throwing a few little events I wasn't expecting.
At the beginning when the car ends up in the pool.
Jennifer of course. She went through so much.
Haven't listened to any others.
That the letters/files were never given to Anthony, they were forgot about for over 40 years, tragic.
It's hard to decide on just one. The entire series kept me on the edge of my seat, I couldn't stop listening.
Bared to You - along the same storyline but not as good
She was able to really be in each character she played without sounding the same.
I normally don't listen to books a second time.
When you read a book it's difficult to hear or feel what the character it trying to communicate. I loved that Rosalyn read the entire series. I don't like when they change narrator mid series.l
Not enough story to keep me interested. Yes, you already know how it ends before you start it but it would have been nice for the storyline could have been more intent, funny, compassionate, etc.
In the top 10, I like the author and am going to listen to all of her books.
I have not listened to any other Kathleen McInerney performances yet.
I like all the different characters.
Julia was my favorite character because she doesn't hold back and goes after what she wants.
Differnt have a specific one, I loved the whole book.
Julia - she speaks her mind and doesn't hold back.
Lissy because she always saw both sides of a story and remained calm but you wanted her in your corner when it came time for it.
Jamaya - she made her sound like the "rich kid" she was.
So far everything I've listed to from Sophie Kinsella I have enjoyed, haven't been let down yet.
