What made the experience of listening to Fatal Destiny the most enjoyable?

This book is the middle of a 5 book series. I had been reading the other books and found this on Audible at just the right time as, I had just finished book 3.
The narration was really good. It was a quick listen. I really enjoyed it.

Sarah Nickerson is like any other career-driven supermom in Welmont, the affluent Boston suburb where she leads a hectic but charmed life with her husband Bob, faithful nanny, and three children—Lucy, Charlie, and nine-month-old Linus.

MissSusie66 says: "Another hit for Lisa Genova"
    "Left Neglected"
    Overall

I did really like the book. Sarah was so "buttoned up" and she seemed to have no time for anyone or anything. Once she had the accident and was diagnosed as left neglected and had to deal with her body as it now was now, she learned valuable lessons. She finally did learn to cope with the reality of how she now is.

When reporter Ellen Gleeson gets a "Have You Seen This Child?" flyer in the mail, she almost throws it away. But something about it makes her look again, and her heart stops - the child in the photo is identical to her adopted son, Will. Her every instinct tells her to deny the similarity between the boys, because she knows her adoption was lawful. But she's a journalist and won't be able to stop thinking about the photo until she figures out the truth.

I loved the book. Lisa does it again. The characters are always so real and you really get to know them.
