I can't remember the last time a book gave me goose bumps. Hauntingly beautiful, mournfuly splendid.
Feel horrible about this, but really not the best. Was so excited to listen, but rather crestfallen by result. Am a Bridget loyalist, so am powering through. But am still a bit disappointed.
Sucked me right in and couldn't pull away from my ears. Charming narrative and wonderful performance. Best of the bunch. Recommend without hesitation.
Was really hoping to enjoy this, but just couldn't get into it. Love research in this niche and typically burn through them, feeling as though I've come away better educated about human behavior, decision-making, and situational influences. This book jumped all over the place, was a little self-aggrandizing, and quickly became a chore to get through. Costs outweighed benefits, and I called it a day.
Jenny Lawson is completely nuts in a totally wonderful and admittedly relatable way. She charms the reader with her own voice - perfect for her zany and rip-roaring narrative. Truly, this book may be better in the audio, as it is a delight to hear her tell her story(ies). And, as she notes, the audio is slightly more expensive than the hard/paperback, so let's give her a boost people. Have a listen. You'll love it.
Audible requires fifteen words to post this. These are they. Read this book. For real.
Absolutely. I love Jennifer Weiner
Not her finest story, but still a great summer read.
Easy enough to listen to
