Lara Lington has always had an overactive imagination, but suddenly that imagination seems to be in overdrive. Normal professional 20-something young women don't get visited by ghosts. Or do they? When the spirit of Lara's great-aunt Sadie, a feisty, demanding girl with firm ideas about fashion, love, and the right way to dance mysteriously appears, she has one last request: Lara must find a missing necklace that had been in Sadie's possession for more than 75 years.

My expectations from a Sophie Kinsella story are not that high. But usually a light and entertaining tale. this was just the over the top unrealistic, predictable nonsense. I won't be downloading any other new Kinsella anytime soon, sorry.

On the surface Luke and Olivia Benning are a happily married couple. Some would even say that they’ve been more lavishly blessed than most, but then most didn’t know about the terrible secrets running through the foundations of their marriage. Once Olivia had thought that nothing could be more threatening to her life than the cancer that had almost killed her, but now she knows better. There were even times when she might have wished to put herself back into the hands of the doctors.

I usually enjoy Susan Lewis's writing, but this is the first time I"ve listened to her on audio. The story was bland and uninteresting and predictable never mind the ridiculous GRATING french accent used by the narrator.I have yet to finish this audiobook, I'm sure only complete boredom would have to occur before I go back to it.
