I love Jeffrey Archer and I loved the first Clifton novel. I was disappointed in the ending although I know there will be 3 more books. I feel that we've been treated like this is the end of a tv series for the season and they left you with a cliffhanger. I believe there could have been a more autonomous ending that would just make the reader look forward to the next book. Ken Follett wrote Fall Of Giants and had a satisfying ending although there will be 2 more books.
I believe this was a lazy ending
The performances were great. I felt the characters.
Ken Follet did exactly what he always does. He gives us a great story, great interaction of characters and a great history lesson. Can't wait for the next one.
I loved the characters and was enthralled with the story. This book held my interest every single minute of this book. The characters will stay with me forever.
I have liked Jodi Picoult and read a number of her books. This one was horrible. It had a bad premise and unrealistic characters.
Enjoyed this book and all the characters. Archer winds his usual web. can't wait until the next book.
I didn't expect to even like this book but I read it in 2 days. It was lots of fun and a great light read.
I would not read another book by this author.
The book held my interest but it didn't have too much of a story and I prefer books that move faster.
He was great
I was visiting Savannah anyway and that's why I read the book.
Firefly Lane will take you through generations and leaves you with a love for the characters. This book created a fantastic discussion and very passionate opinions. It is a love story that involves frienship and family.
Innocent is the sequel to Presumed Innocent. You do not have to have read Presumed Innocent to read and enjoy this book. Scott Turow is a master of twists and turns. He can sprin a great tale and leave you with with an exciting story that you cannot anticipate.
I liked this book because Jodi Picoult didn't use it as a forum to judge mothers. She does this in many of her books. I liked the fact that the reader was able to see life in the point of view of the boy with Asbergers, his mom, brother, father, friends and acquaintances. I guessed the end quit easily, however, I was happy with in anyway. This book is a page turner.
