For business leaders and public figures in any arena, The Speed of Trust offers an unprecedented and eminently practical look at exactly how trust functions in our every transaction and relationship - from the most personal to the broadest, most indirect interaction - and how to establish trust immediately so that you and your organization can forego the time - killing, bureaucratic check - and - balance processes so often deployed in lieu of actual trust.

Marty says: "Good Information, Hard to Listen to"
"Excellent foundational work on establishing trust!"

    Story
If you could sum up The Speed of Trust in three words, what would they be?

    Trust creates growth

What did you like best about this story?

The examples used were highly entertaining and informative.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Stephen R. Covey?

The content of his book is excellent, his delivery is sometimes monotone and difficult to get through. It does not, however, detract from the strength of his message. I would listen to another of his books.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from The Speed of Trust?

The insights in this book solidified my belief in integrity and competence as cornerstones of success in life and in business.

    Any additional comments?

This is a great foundational book for someone new to this line of learning, and an excellent review of why integrity, good communication, and competence matters.
