This whole series is great! The only problem I have with this book is how she described West Virginia but she did make up for it in the end by saying it wasnt that bad. I enjoyed this book and cant wait for the spin off.

The recent Strigoi attack at St. Vladimir’s Academy was the deadliest ever in the school’s history, claiming the lives of Moroi students, teachers, and guardians alike. Even worse, the Strigoi took some of their victims with them . . . including Dimitri.

I love this series, however the music in the background in some parts of the story was distracting.

Why we think it’s a great listen: An all-time Audible favorite that mixes historic fiction, adventure, and romance with one of the most fascinating literary devices: time travel. Outlander introduces an exhilarating world of heroism and breathtaking thrills as one woman is torn between past and present, passion and love. In 1945, former combat nurse Claire Randall returns from World War II and joins her husband for a second honeymoon. But their blissful reunion is shattered....

This was my first audible listen and I figured one credit was worth 32 hours of listening. I read all the reviews and was pleased with this purchase. I'm already listening to it again for the second time. I was very surpised at this find! This is something I usually wouldnt read or listen to but I will finish the series now. 32 hours is 32 hours and some parts may seem long and dragging but it makes the story come together so nice.

This novel sweeps us into a world of scandal and intrigue - glittering Regency England - and introduces the youngest Huxtable: Stephen, the only son. Here Stephen will risk his reputation and his heart as he enters a scandalous liaison with the infamous beauty intent on seduction. But when passion turns the tables on them both, who can say who has seduced whom?

I read the first 2 books of this series and fell in love with them. This one and one before I listened to and even tho I will listen to them again I didnt feel like they were as good as the first 2 books. I really didnt care for the story line in this one. I was disappointed that it didn't finish Con's story but seen a review earlier that said there was to be another book. Will read or listen to that one too! The book was ok but I was expecting more from the storyline that was already built from the first 3 books.

Only desperation could bring Duncan Pennethorne, the infamous Earl of Sheringford, back home after the spectacular scandal that had shocked even the jaded ton. Forced to wed in 15 days or be cut off without a penny, Duncan chooses the one woman in London in frantic need of a husband. A lie to an old flame forces Margaret Huxtable to accept the irresistible stranger's offer. But once she discovers who he really is, it's too late - she's already betrothed to the wickedly sensual rakehell.

    "Thumbs up"
    Overall

I really enjoyed reading the first 2 books of this series, so I ventured to listen to this one. It is worth the listen, but I wonder if it is as good as the first 2 or if I was simply disappointed because I listened to it instead. I will still read or listen to the next and would still recommend this one.
