    What made the experience of listening to The Help the most enjoyable?

    The voices of the characters made it so real. Listening to them tell their story made you feel their pain, shame, and glory. You forget this book is fiction.


    What did you like best about this story?

    The movie left out some of the best parts in this book. When you listen to this book you are in the kitchen baking the pies, you are on the side walk laughing at all the commodes. You are there as it happens

    This book makes you feel the shame and glory of what some people had endured in the past. Although it is fiction we all know it tells the story of what some maids had endured.

    To go from riches to rags and fight for your life can be somewhat horrifying. To fall in love along the way can complicate life as well. Watching the big guy go down and getting the satisfaction of revenge can be sweet.

    The suspense in this book is just as great as all the other Harry Bosch mysteries.

    Harry Bosch is always mysterious and calculating. You are always waiting for his next move.

    I can not put this book down until I have listened to the whole story. The great thing about this audible I can get my house work done and listen at the same time. I have listened to almost all of the Harry Bosch series. I am never disappointed.

    I had down loaded for my grandson age 7 hoping he would enjoy this story but it did not keep his attention hopfully I can find one that he would enjoy
