Elizabeth

After graceling, this book was somewhat of a let down. I had high expectations, but it wasn't until at least halfway through that the story became at least a little interesting. Overall I felt that it was a disappointing addition to the series.

I loved every single minute of this book. The story has grown and has lots of twists and turns and there are so many possibilities to look forward to in the next book. The hardest part now is waiting a whole year for the next one!

I am such a huge fan of the Sookie Stackhouse books, yet this one, you could easily skip it and still be up to date when the next book comes out! Such a disappointing storyline that did nothing to further the plot or the series. There was way too much of Sookie going to the shops, or doing her hair, or taking a shower, or going to sleep... I'm sure you get the picture! It tied up some very minor characters and that was about it. It was a really frustrating book, full of nothing in particular and difficult even for a fan to listen through.
