The recommendation is to listen every day for 21 days, but I have only listened once. It was a lovely guided meditation which took me to a very deep place. Usually guided relaxation puts me right to sleep but I didn't fall asleep and pretty much remember the whole thing. The imagery was simple yet poignant and easy to follow. Plus, I love Erick Brown's voice. I felt wonderful, bright and alert afterwards. I'll write a follow-up in 21 days if I'm able to stay with it, as to the effectiveness on my learning and memory.
