    Yes ---held my attention----my mind tends to wonder when I read and I find myself rereading certain parts

    the truth about shame --the toxic


    What about John Pruden’s performance did you like?

    Really like Pruden's presentation-----the manner the book was read helped me visualize so many of the concepts

    Both....cry primarily ----I truly identified with the writings and work of James Bradshaw

    Truly the book I have searched for years to answer my questions about why I and others responds to situations the way we do-----Thank you so much for this informative and interesting audio book! I listened whenever I had a spare moment---then listened to the audio book a second time.....
