Initially, this book was engaging and somewhat insightful, putting forward some interesting commentary about modern day consumerism. However, the author started getting very religious in sections, which was both unexpected and somewhat out of place given the way the rest of the book was written. Thus this book would be best suited to a Christian readership.
This is a great overview of basic foundations in nutrition. The lecturer presents a wide range of sensible information that sparks further interest in the topic. She shares her knowledge with passion and clarity, resulting in a lecture that is both easy to follow and enjoyable to listen to.
