I don't usually write reviews. I have listened MANY audible biographies. This was one of the worst (stike that-- the worst). It's organization was terrible and it focused on Washington society while ignoring what REALLY made Jackson interesting. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BOOK!
It was a darn good yarn. Like sitting down with an old friend-- it was great hearing Gardner bring Bujold's BEST character back. Hope she keeps them coming.
Moore is a great (and clever) writer, but it is the narration of Susan Bennett that makes this book truly awesome. It is laugh-out-loud funny.
WARNING: Listening to this book on your ipod at the gym, and laughing out loud, tends to freak out people around you.
