I had just finished the Fifty Shades trilogy and realizing I enjoyed erotic romance novels I wanted to give this one a try. I was not disappointed in the least! I enjoyed the storyline very much with this slight supernatural twist. In my opinion it is very well written with intricate details and descriptions that help shape the imagination. The main characters are strong and charismatic, and to be honest the love scenes are hot! The ending left me satisfied but still wanting more, which is the goal of many writers.
This is the first Xe Sands performance I've heard and I wasn't sure in the first few moments but as the story went on, I couldn't imagine the voices any other way. I think she did a fantastic job.
I would definately recommend Jacquelyn Frank and Xe Sands to others.

I have enjoyed other Lauren Oliver novels so I thought I might like this one. It's not my first YA novel but it is one of the younger ones. It's about a girl who relives the same day over and over for one week. It has a good message where as the more days she repeats the more she realizes what's really important. Kind of like the seven stages of grief. I would recommend it for a YA but don't forget the author's description, prepare yourself for the plot.
I don't want to spoil it for anyone so if you want to be completely surprised, stop reading now..................Even though you know the outcome of that last day you find yourself hoping the author found a way to change her fate. You end of hoping for it and being a little disappointed, but at the same time, the end result was for a good reason.

This is my third Sparks novel and I’m becoming a big fan. I say it's a classic Sparks’s novel because it’s based in a small town in North Carolina, there is a heroine you can relate to and feel for, a strong hero, and a nasty villain. I really enjoyed this storyline and just recently I saw a preview for a movie, which is no surprise that yet another Sparks novel will be translated to fit on the big screen. I felt the narration was very well done and I enjoyed her range of characters.

The Delirium/Pandemonium series rank in my top five.

The Delirium/Pandemonium series is similar to The Hunger Games or Divergent series in that they are placed in an alternate future (dystopian), but that's really where the similiarities end.

I enjoyed watching (in my mind) to Lena and Julian's relationship develop in the holding room.

Definately. I think I listened to it off and on, but finished in one day. Didn't want to turn it off. Then of course, we're stuck waiting for the third and final book in the series.

I love reading/listening to series, but if you're not the patient type, you might want to wait until the series is complete before buying them.

Yes, however I found the first several chapters hard to get past. I have read other dystopian series and they grab you right from the first 1-2 chapters. Delirium took 4-5 chapters to draw me in. I enjoyed it very much and was disapointed in the ending but I understand the cliff hanger that was needed to lead to the next book.

This is a great story, suspenseful, intriging, but somewhat horrifying. This is the first drama of it's kind that I've listened to. A bit stressful, but I enjoyed it very much. However, once I'm done with the series I'm going to have to change genres.

I enjoyed watching the relationship between Lisbeth and Blomkvist develop.

Since the book revolves around Swedish names and locations, I found it a bit difficult to follow at times. I had to listen only when I could concentrate on it.
