I am a 37 year old mother of 2. I love supernatural, horror and historical fiction. But I read everything. Audible makes my workday fun!

When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms.

Would you try another book from E L James and/or Becca Battoe?

I'm a fan of series. So I'm probably going to want to know what happens between Christian and Anna. So yes I would try another book by this author. However I am not going to get an audio version. I don't like the Becca Battoe version of Anastasia Steel .

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fifty Shades of Grey?

    "I F*@k ...hard."

Would you be willing to try another one of Becca Battoe’s performances?

I didn't like her in this. She was honestly too cheerful.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

I don't see how they can make it a movie without taking out all the parts that make it interesting.

    Any additional comments?

I was constantly distracted by the dialogue which clearly has a British feel. If EL James wasn't going to bother to make her characters sound American than why not just make them British. This is not the way Americans talk Ms. James!
