Kayla Shaw is a private banker in Arizona, smart and capable but underpaid and underappreciated. Rand McCree is a haunted man who paints landscapes in the Pacific Northwest, burning with a need for answers about the terrible event that shattered his world. They are two strangers with nothing in common, until their lives entwine and explode.

    Overall

The plot is good but the time stamping gets really boring.

A small commuter plane carrying 47 passengers crashes into an apartment building, and LAPD Lieutenant Peter Decker works overtime to calm rampant fears. But a grisly mystery lives inside the plane's wreckage: the unidentified bodies of four extra travelers. And there is no sign of an airline employee who was supposedly on the catastrophic flight.

Audiophile says: "Recommended for Faye Kellerman Fans"
    "Another Great Read/Listen"
    Overall

Faye Kellermen always keeps you wanting more. The twists and turns were great and the exploration of the cultures that intersect was again the evidence of the research that is done. Can't wait for the next installment of this husband and wife mystery.

When an attack leaves one of the members of the Women's Murder Club struggling for her life, the others fight to keep a madman behind bars before he hurts anyone else. And Lindsay Boxer and her new partner in the San Francisco police department try to stop a series of kidnappings: children and their nannies are being plucked off the streets.

    David says: "disappointing at best"
    "THE 6TH TARGET"
    Overall

Good development of characters and addition to the Murder Club. A little uneven with her demotion and subsequent new boss. It is obvious where the two writers change over.
