    It is fully of good information and meditations and tips...I like that...

    the meditations are my favorite


    How did the narrator detract from the book?

    It is very good material-if you can get past her reading pattern.


    Did The Neuroscience of Change inspire you to do anything?

    It's hard for me to finish this book. I think it is the, "Valley girl voice"? For a book over $25 or a credit; with narration like this authors; I feel robbed.
