"Huge fan of Brother's Grimm, (Sister's Grimm too)"
***Not going to be very clear to prevent spoilers***Yes I would this is a fun story. Some of the mystery in the story I picked up right away while other mysteries I missed when I should not have. The characters are well written even the existing characters which large roles are very well written. The bad guys are not the bad guys in this story. but those who are suppose to be good guys are not. The mysteries I missed I understood during the unfolding. I had a lot of fun listening to this book that is not just for kids.I do apologize for the vague description, but I do not want to give anything away from this book or any of the others because they are all great, (all the ones I have read).
I am a huge fan of Brother's Grimm and the characters and stories. I still read the Grimm fairy tales. I like how the characters are created even those we know. We see them from many sides and think of them differently. This is very creative and great.
No, but he made the book even more fun
Yes! I did too.
I love the books I have read of the series and I hope there are many more.
"Enjoy this series"
Yes, I like audio over print due to my busy schedule and prefer the spoken word over music or especially TV
Sookie Stackhouse, because the main character is strong and when the main character gets issues from life she stands straight backed and tall. She has an ability that helps give her an edge over those who wish to do her harm.
Somewhat Twilight except when she has an issue with the opposite sex she has a reasonable time of sadness she does not drone on and on for chapters being depressed and throwing pity parties and disrupting the lives of everyone around her and her life does not end when one she had issues with does not see her.
I know I am being vague but I do not want to give too much info I like the entire series and do not want to ruin it for anyone.
her careful reading and her professional behavior on the mic.
When she learned of her mother and the part the object of her affection had in trying to help her mother.
I am getting impatient waiting for the next two books in the series.
I gave only a little bit of information as to not ruin the book for anyone. I enjoyed this series and I want others to enjoy it too.
"Better than the first"
I have the original audio book of this book, but this one better due to the outstanding performance. I love the performance of this book so much better than the first. The narrator sounds like he is acting not just reading and the narrator got the names and pronunciations correct in this one unlike the first.
I have this book in many formats it is my favorite of the Thrawn Trilogy. I like the depth of all the characters
This one is only the second one I have listened to and was okay at seeing him as narrator, but much more pleasantly surprised at how well he narrated this novel. This is an outstanding performance from him. I really like Johnathan Davis as well, but they made a great choice with Mr. Thomson.
All the above at different and various places. I like when a book draws me in and makes me part of the story instead of just a listener. This book is one of those types of books.
Outstanding book and wonderful performance. Thank you for this outstanding option.
"Daily Proverb"
Reading a proverb a day can help you and guide you in what you can do better, what you should do and what you are doing well. When you meditate on God's word daily God will speak to you through His word and allow you do His will in His word and God can then direct your steps in the way He wants you to go. I am trying to read a proverb a day for the next year and try to follow what the book says in hopes of becoming more pleasing to God and delighting in God's word, will and way.
God bless
"Decent Start"
I will try to give my thoughts and opinions on this book without giving away anything that could spoil the book for anyone.
What I liked about this book; I like the building of the characters and their relationships with each other. I liked the struggles and victories and yes loses various characters experienced. I enjoyed how the plots between story and character steadily moved forward.
What I did not like about the book; I did not like how Vader was portrayed concerning his ability and place within the force. I would have liked the book to have been unabridged.
I have read the reviews concerning the second book, but I want to know how the events play out with Starkiller and Juno and Starkiller and Vader and if the plot accurately portrays Vader closely to the story lines some of us knew and loved as children.
