"One of Harlan Coben's Best!"
Whenever a new Harlan Coben's book is publishing, I buy it immidiatly.
Harlan Coben has a formula of smart-funny-human thrillers that I always enjoy hearing/ reading.
Opposing to some of the reviews here- I also enjoyed the narrator's performance which made the book interesting and very floating.
If you like Harlan Coben- you will enjoy this book!
"Harlan can do it better"
Not in the top 10, but I listened to the end which means it is not in the bottom 10...
The most interesting aspect was that it has a smooth story and a good building of the mystery...like all Harlan's books. the least interesting- It is missing the speed and the dialogues of Mayron's series and lack's the characters like Win etc.
I think so. he is making this average listen worth more.
Nope. Sorry.
Harlan is still my favorite
"History repeats itself!"
This is a story about little-smart David against mighty Goliath, and David also didn't have anywhere to go! Interesting enough, one can find the fingertips of this war in today's middle east. in many aspects- nothing changed. what frightens me- is whether David is the same sharp guy as he used to be now that he has some gray hair and gain some weight?....
Only time will tell.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants to gain some knowledge about the middle east's history and to get a better view about Israeli/ Arab dispute.
"Can you believe that a brain book can be FUNNY??"
