Depends on the friend - if they enjoy simple quick reads then yes. Friends who like the details and a meatier book - no
First the books are out of order - Mayfair Witches is the first book. Second I'm currently reading the kindle version of the Mayfair Witches and the abridged parts leave out way too much for my comfort. I feel like it changes the story a bit too much, while you get the general gist you're missing a lot of the good stuff - it the movies version
Yes the narrators did well but I thought the guy in abridged parts was little dull
Steven King does what he does best and spin a story that fold in, on and over itself. He pushes the limits of your imagination and strike fear into heart over the mundane.
Alway Danny but I've been in love with home since the shinning.
The scene in the bar parking lot where the doctor tells him drive away - I cheered because Danny really turns the corner there
Absolutely, as with most Stephen King once you're in it's hard to walk away
The ending was ummm a bit out there. It was good but you have to be willing to suspend reality and fully embrace imagination.
Opening room 14 of course
