Most of us think of sales as convincing potential customers to believe or do something they don't really want to. But that cutthroat mentality makes the process much harder than it has to be—especially in an economic downturn, when customers are more suspicious and defensive. It's far more productive (and satisfying) when salespeople think like Go-Givers and focus exclusively on creating value for the customer.

Where does Go-Givers Sell More rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is my first audio book, and I could not be more pleased! Go-Givers, and Go-Givers Sell more are about servant leadership, and selling by giving. Bob Burg and John David Mann are masterful in getting to the heart of what it takes to be successful in sales. It's to give, give, give without counting the cost. Absolutely my personal philosophy in business! Excellent read and highly recommended from anyone who is weary of sales training, yet wants to make a living through their influence.

What did you like best about this story?

Another fine example of sowing and reaping.

Have you listened to any of Bob Burg, and John Mann’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Have not. Enjoyed the authors sharing the readings.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, but not able to listen at one time. This is a book that needs chewing and re-chewing to glean the most out of it. This will become a classic in my library, and I'll listen over and over.
