I listened to the earlier Tom Clancy book, and while it was hard to get used to Lou Diamond phillips' speech patterns, I began to appreciate his many different dialects and thought he was spot on. This book was much easier to dive into because I was ready for his voice. His ability to mimic accents and sound like a native speaker when using Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French, and the many other languages in this book allows the listener to discern the large group of different characters in the story.
I've read most of TC's books and this is the first one in probably 10 years I found memorable. Strong storyline, great pacing and dynamic events along with LDP's wonderful accents made it a world to dive in.
