Wildly, wonderfully imaginative and spellbinding, I could hardly put it down. Stephen King is, without doubt,a genius and a master of his craft.

This is precisely what one would expect from these two amazing writers, lots of wit and good humored barbs at life in general. The telling of the tale by Mr. Jarvis s "spot on" character wise, wonderfully convincing with extraordinary inflection. I could not stop laughing or listening.

Beyond imaginative, dark and humorous, good and evil with very powerful imagery along with a "campy red dragon" who delivers her lines with a psuedo Mae West/Cary Grant accent. The performance is one of the very best in all my listening experiences, highly emotional and exciting.

I find myself at a true loss for words in trying to describe the pleasure this listen has given me. Clive Barker is a most remarkable and gifted storyteller. Galilee, is superb.

I suppose I'm going to get some flack over this review, because until this installment of Harry's lengthy and novel adventures, yes intended; I have enjoyed listening in the extreme to James Marsters rendering of the characters. It is no doubt unfair to compare Mr. Glovers performance to that of Mr. Marsters, a very hard act to follow and to be fair there isn't a whole hell of a lot to work with in this chronicle. Harry Dresden, ultimately winds up exactly where predicted he will at the conclusion of book 12. "Ghost Dream Story", is an unbelievable and almost unendurable exercise in self-recrimination and guilt on the part of Harry and the almost infantile pratter inside of Molly's, Star Trek mind construct, is disappointing.

I doubt that I will risk further credits on the next Dresden adventure.

Brandon Sandersons work is wonderful, very unique, grand in scope and concept. Unfortunately this recording is flat, dull and almost emotionless. Not the work, just the narration. No inflection, intonation nor, it seems, enthusiasm. I was driven to my local library to retrieve the hardbound to finish listening, in my own mind, starting with chapter 23, after giving up the audio version, upon which I wasted some credit.

Without a single doubt, I consider this installment of the WOT series, the best yet. Brandon Sanderson can be very proud of his dedicated contribution, his interpretation of Robert Jordan's final outline, not merely good, but masterful, he has revitalized this epic fantasy.

This work succeeds on all levels, it is so well done, so engaging and so mesmerizing that I have been unable to stay away from listening to attend to that which I should have been doing. The narration, as always, by these two classic readers is unequaled and the scope of their abilities to bring life and being, from Mr. Sanderson's cast of characters is truly miraculous, what a wonderful and truly remarkable work this is. I look forward to the next in the "Stormlight" series.

Stephen King, it is not, but it is good. Good enough that I could not stop listening, only the needs of the body kept me from stopping. It is very entertaining and highly detailed with strange characters, who become sometimes rightening and others that are a mystery, ergo "the sequel" which will be highly anticipated, especially by me. I definitely recommend this audiobook to all, granted it's not a new plot, but it's a new twist on an old one.

I have now complleted four of the Pendergast novels, I intend to start at the beginning with Relic and read those I passed over previously. I am hooked, Lincoln Childs and Douglas Preston have with little doubt created a legendary character and filled his world with unique and colorful imaginings. Thanks to Audible for making these books, with great readers available.

Mr. Green seems to have gotten trapped in his own nightmare. These novels are definitely redundant page after page, hour after hour to literally impossible unending mayhem and destruction.
There is some very dark humor that does at one time or another surface to keep the reader almost laughing, but otherwise the repition of personal histories goes on and on and on, much like the energizer bunny. I will not invest another hour or dollar in this series. Very disappointing indeed!
