    I would have rated this book 5 stars except for the narrator. Whistling through his nose as he breathed and smacking as he swallowed, the narrator made listening to this book nearly intolerable. Shame on the audio engineer and the director for not fixing this problem before final production.

    I was intrigued by the title and didn't know what to expect, but I enjoyed this book very much. It was an entertaining mix of historical fact and vampire fiction. I also enjoyed Scott Holst's narration.
    This is just a fun book, I highly recommend it.
