I generally like all of Spark's books, but this one was a good light hearted one with a twist. It touches on the daily trials and tribulations and I think that people can relate. A good read - the narrator is excellent.
Interesting characters, good listen although I was disappointed in the ending. Not the best Grisham book that I have listened to and it lands right in the middle compared to his other plot lines.
The drama is a bit less graphic for Koontz in this novel, but the love of the goldens brings him to a different path not usually taken in his stories.
I thought overall this book was an okay read. There are many parts that drag forward, but I loved the fact that the author was the narrator of her own story. Very descriptive and some of the pictures that she paints are beautiful.
