In the mid-70s, Steve Martin exploded onto the comedy scene. By 1978 he was the biggest concert draw in the history of stand-up. In 1981 he quit forever. Born Standing Up is, in his own words, the story of "why I did stand-up and why I walked away".

This is hands down, by far, the best autobiography that I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. The only way to go on this book is audible so you can hear the story directly from Steve Martin himself. If you're a fan of comedy and looking for something fun, insightful, and entertaining, this is it.

While Abraham Lincoln is widely lauded for saving a Union and freeing millions of slaves, his valiant fight against the forces of the undead has remained in the shadows for hundreds of years. That is, until Seth Grahame-Smith stumbled upon The Secret Journal of Abraham Lincoln, and became the first living person to lay eyes on it in more than 140 years.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved this audiobook. When you hear a title like "Vampire Hunter" one doesn't always know what to expect. The book delivers an incredibly smart, enthralling, and magnificent story that will have you recommending it to friends.
