Very good information included here and added to my motivation to eat in a healthy manner.
I've read other books such as The China Study and Eat To Live and this was a good way for some of those concepts to be emphasized in my brain. I like that she gives many options for LEANING toward a plant based diet for those who are not yet ready to go "whole bean".
Read it in one day.
Enjoyed the book. I will probably listen to it again as it is very motivating.
One of the best audiobooks I've listened to this year.
A great story about great characters. I loved the small private college aspects of the book.
