The story was very irreverent and its attempt at humor fell flat. Very disappointing and the only time I did not bother to finish a book.
I enjoyed the book very much. The way Kluth combines the life of Hannibal and other historical figures is fascinating. Overall a good read and a philosophical book worth the time.
Suzanne Collins has written a fun and entertaining story with this triology. She excelled at telling the story from a single perspective.
Ken Follett lived up to his reputation built on his previous two novels Pillars of the Earth and World without End. The story is a great read and the history is best lived through characters, which Ken Follett provides.
The book offers an interesting view into how we find happiness and gives you something to think about.
