I completely agree with the other reviews, and wish I had waited to read them before I picked up this disappointing book. The narrator's voice was dreadful, the plot unremarkeable, best left on the shelf!
Thus us a great story with lots if twists that keeps you guessing and not wanting to turn off the book until the end.
Women cops! Tough but sensitive just like it should be.
Very good narrator.
As I expected from HarlanCi en I was not disappointed. The narrator was good, but the story better
I really enjoyed this book, while the story was sad and heartbreaking I couldnt wait until the outcome. Narration was equally as good, a worthwhile listen.
My Sister's keeper was one of the best books I have listened to, from the story to the narration, just the best.Anyone that has had a loved one had a life threatening illness can relate and finally have the thoughts and emotions in words. The ending left me with tears but a smile too.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. From the story line, to the narrator, and the abrupt ending, there was not one redeemable quality to this book. Changing from third person, to her established first person, was the beginning of a chain of unfortunate events.
An enjoyment from start to finish, the narrator's voice was easy on the ears, something that is necessary. The story was great, I didnt want to turn the car off when I reached my destination.
