I'm loving this story. I just finished the second book and can't wait to listen to the 3rd & 4th ones. I'm not going to give away the story, but I will say that you will get so consumed in it that you can't either put it down or you will dream about it when the story starts taking turns that you didn't expect. Love this!!!

The war between the alien hydrogues and the faeros rages, reducing suns to blackened shells - including one of the fabled seven suns of the Ildiran Empire. Instead of protecting themselves, the Ildirans engage in bloody civil war and the many factions of humanity are bitterly divided. Can mankind and Ildirans overcome their own internal fighting to face a deadly new enemy that is ready to annihilate them?

Where does Scattered Suns rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is slightly above mediocre only because I dislike it when a new narrator takes over and botches most of the names. This is still one of my biggest pet peaves about a series. If a narrator changes, why wouldn't they listen to the previous books to understand how the other narrator used names.

Other than that, he does a good job. Love the story still.

What did you like best about this story?

I'm still halfway through. The storyline is fantastic. I enjoy each book and can't wait for the next one.

Would you be willing to try another one of David Colacci’s performances?

Yes but only if he does the "entire" series.

Where does Trust Your Vibes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I like when an author is so passionate about what she knows.

What other book might you compare Trust Your Vibes to and why?

I could liken her to Doreen Virtue's work but not compare.

What about Sonia Choquette’s performance did you like?

    I enjoyed her narration.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

It isn't really a book to film book.

    Any additional comments?

Reading this, you have to believe in more possibilities than our normal existence in this world. Where does intuition come from? And, know that we are more than just our bodies.

He is very animated. I like that his voice gets excited when the story is exciting

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, but I don't want to spoil the story.

    Any additional comments?

As I said in my title, you won't want to stop. This series is addicting.

Every 13,000 years on Earth a sacred and secret event takes place that changes everything. Mother Earth's Kundalini energy emerges from its resting place in the planet's core and moves like a snake across the surface of our world. Once at home in ancient Lemuria, it moved to Atlantis, then to the Himalayan mountains of India and Tibet, and with every relocation changed our idea of what spiritual means. And gender. And heart. This time, with much difficulty, the Serpent of Light has moved to the Andes Mountains of Chile and Peru.

I liked hearing the story of the Serpent of Light. It's truly fascinating, but more importantly, Drunvalo is the first person that didn't talk about the doom and gloom or end of the world scenarios since the Mayan calendar comes to an end on December 21, 2013. Finally, an explanation that is uplifting and inspiring.

There is more to this Drunvalo than many of us really understand. I'm thankful for him and his book. I enjoyed the whole book which only took me a few days to get through as I was very eager to hear everything he had to say. Not narrated by him, but the Narrator was very good.

    I definitely recommend this book.

Victorian romance mixes seamlessly with elegant prose and biting wit—and werewolves—in Gail Carriger’s delightful debut novel. Soulless introduces Alexia Tarabotti, a parasol-wielding Londoner getting dangerously close to spinster status. But there are more important things than finding a husband. For Alexia was born without a soul, giving her the ability to render any vampire or werewolf completely powerless.

Love Emily Gray! She is fantastic. Something about the way she reads just sucks me into a book each time. Not only is there interesting characters, but the story is interesting and sometimes funny. Oh, and a little romance to boot. This all makes for one great, entertaining story. I'm starting the next book tomorrow. I can't wait to see where it goes next. Did I mention I already have all 5 books now?!!

It took me a while to start this series. I had to replay the first 30 minutes several times, because in my opinion, there was a lot of stuff going on and split stories that I couldn't grasp right away. I still don't remember the first part of the book, the character's names were sort of similar. Rugar & Rhokin when you are trying to figure out a story that's being told is a bit confusing (maybe reading it is different), but once I was past that and got involved in the story, it is awesome!! Love it and am on my 3rd book and have the remaining books in my queue which I'm about to purchase.

New York Times and USA Today best-selling author MaryJanice Davidson’s tales featuring Vampire Queen Betsy Taylor are a perfect blend of humor, horror, and high fashion. In this 10th installment, Betsy finds herself puzzling over an unusual predicament. As the Vampire Queen, she believes she cannot die. So when she wakes in the morgue, it’s a bit confusing. Could it have something to do with her recent time-traveling excursion, or has a wicked enemy emerged who could be the end of Betsy once and for all?

I have loved this series from the get go. This one is okay, not as good as the past one's that I've read. I think that the stories could be longer, but maybe I'm just wanting more of the story to unfold. It seems like being in the middle of a so so story waiting for the really good stuff to come along in future books, or it's just me. I will continue to listen, but this one was just so so for me.

When 15-year-old Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club in New York City, she hardly expects to witness a murder - much less a murder committed by three teenagers covered with strange tattoos and brandishing bizarre weapons. Then the body disappears into thin air. It's hard to call the police when the murderers are invisible to everyone else and when there is nothing, not even a smear of blood, to show that a boy has died. Or was he a boy?

    Story

I read a lot of series books and I found this one very charming. I try not to compare stories and keep an open mind to new stories and new story lines. I am really enjoying it so far. I'm listening to Book 3 now, and I can't quite put my ipod down. I finished Book 2 in a day. There is an element of the stories that makes you want to find out how it all ends, and I am looking forward to Book 4 which I just saw is available. The narrators change, but sometimes that's not a bad thing. I do like Ari and that she has a really young voice to mirror the voice of Clarie. I also am enjoying Natalie Moore also whose really good. I see on Book 4 that the narrators change again, which I'll just accept and move on. Sometimes I get irritated about the narrator changes, but sometimes they have reasons for the change...move forward. Check it out if you like series books.

I love these books, however, I do NOT love the changing Narrators. A series should keep the same narrator throughout, especially when the current narrator does not double check the series to see how names are pronounced and the characters are read. Ex. Suzie, is Sooze and always has been from day 1. I miss the last narrator who read Shopoholic & Sister.

Other than that, the story continues on about Rebecca's never ending shopping desires and must haves. Amusing and entertaining. I like to listen to these books in between deep and heavy storylines.

I just listened to all 4 books about 2 months ago and FINALLY the next book came out recently and I can't wait to start it. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm in the middle of World Without End by Ken Follett, I'd have already listened to it. :)

This is to me, by far the most enjoyable series I've listened to and keeps me riveted and interested throughout each book.
