At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. Habits aren’t destiny. As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.

    Story
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to make their own way. It's both inspiring and practical.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The $100 Startup?

The online resources are a fabulous take away for anyone who wants to apply the ideas in the book.

    Which scene was your favorite?

I really liked the case studies showing time and again how any small idea can make a big impact. Generosity is the key to success. Find out what people want and then find a way to get it to them at a fair market value.
