"Worth it, great production, insight into terror"
visits the dark side of our countries downfall of the elite entitled class in how they are unaware of their own shadow and how obsession is "conjured" up in what seems to be in "intelligent" people... surely intelligent and whole are different things. In the end I saw into how "psyche" and "soul" are simply never violent and yield to violence... yet terror and terrorism comes from "intelligence" believing it's own sound lies to tragic ends. Fantastic work by author and readers. Thank you! The protagonists are realistic. The antagonist captures the "why" we are seeing terror these days. Maybe the insight will enlighten many and further enlighten me in my next re-listening.
"Great Narrator; Great Story; Elegant Insights"
I always have liked listening to Gabra Zackmans voice. Pamela Morsi wrote her character insights elegantly and it had a nice touch compared to other formulaic romance... this one steps into new social awareness with grace.
Surprising really given the title... it was fresh.
"The story continues and if you love Kyra"
... then you will love this one as well. It is as if so many things get tied together. Will the story go on? or is this the last of the series? Kyra and Gabra as so good together as author and reader... they could write a book together, perhaps.
"Cute Story"
Not literature... not fantastic, but not bad.. a hair right of middle... yet a cute enough story to pass the time and great to multi-task to; which is exactly what I needed. I genuinely liked the story but cannot give it 4 or more stars only because it simply is a formula even if a good one.
"Great Writing; Good Narrator; But not compelling"
I was surprised that for some depressing reason it did not compel me to continue to listen. It is intelligent, well written, good reader; still however, the tone itself along with the writing was bringing me to feel feel depressed too much and so the Undertow did not grab me! I got out of the water to other waters until who knows when?
"Fantastic"
Fun Romp of a book that has insight into the real meaning of Envy. Engaging. Smart. Well Written. Well spoken and read.
"Great narrator, almost literature"
Almost Chick Lit. Has sociological study value. The narrator is perfect for this reading. I think one of the better values available in audible.
"Better written books with great narrator"
As a whole, steps above most of what we find as far as quality of writing, use of language and writing skills and execution of the story by the narrator. Enjoyed it more than most audiobooks. Has something for the intellect on the conveyance of emotional positioning as far as understanding what it is to be alpha or not. Has sociological study value.
"Engaging Enough Erotica"
If you like a context, nurses, a little contextual blood, a story line... it is not boring if you are bored with only sex talk. For what it is and for what you want out of it, it works. But if you just like straight and only sex talk, this is not for you. If you need depth and real literature, this is not for you.
If you need a believable plot and some character building around the sex, it is done in good naughty taste. The reader is fine if you find her fine in the sample.. except when she sounds the orgasms... those sounds could be better, the rest is fine.
