I would recommend the audiobook. It has a plausible story line and enough hook to keep you wanting to continue.
I loved the interaction with the Samantha Dayton character. I thought it was really funny that one of the bad guys in the book is named David Baldacci.
More imaginative ways to flesh out the side characters.
The constant use of the "F"word was annoying. I expected more of an author who was so creative and imaginative in her most famous books. The main characters were interesting and obviously set to play in a series, but all the side characters were boring. Swearing and crude language does not an adult book make.
There were too many impossible death defying situations for one story.
I would recommend it to fans of the Anna Pigeon series because it explains how she became a park ranger.
Her ability to bring the characters personality into her voice.
