"Triumphant"
Perhaps the best book he has ever written and certainly the best of the Camel Club. Ron McLarty is a brilliant narrator. The sound effects were a nice addition. Thanks for the many sleepless nights I stayed up listening to this story unfold.
"This book is like an ear worm"
I call music that you can't get out of your head an ear worm. It is like that jingle from a commercial. Mr. Fusilli's book is like that --- which now that I think about it is an appropriate way to describe it. It wasn't until I finished that I realized it had no music yet the Beach Boys' songs and sounds are still in my ears. A very benevolent ear worm. Thank you Mr. Fusilli for living in my ear.
"Wonderful"
Wonderful audio book, wonderful book; good narrator (except for women's voices) but I can overlook this narrator's treatment of women as sounding prissy; he should get married; he does the same with Lee Child's books.
"Perhaps the best audio book I've ever heard"
It has been a couple of weeks since I tore through this audio book, listening well into the night. I didn't want it to end. It might be that as a hard copy book it would be confusing, but as an audio book it was easy to follow; not only is the story wonderful but the narrator is excellent. My only problem was removing the sound of his voice from my head; a veritable earworm. Perhaps one of the best books I have heard.
