What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?abridged would have been much less painful
What do you think your next listen will be?Not sure, but this will be put away unfinished.
Have you listened to any of Simon Prebble’s other performances before? How does this one compare?Never listened to him before. His voice and style got me through the first few chapters, but there is a limit to how much a reader can make up for bad text.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Wizard?So much of the book was spent on scientific detail rather than Tesla's life. I know it would be hard to separate the two completely, but it is difficult to listen to so much detail.
Any additional comments?In fairness, this is outside my normal listen. However, I am often happily surprised by books that are out of my normal range. This was a very unhappy surprise. At least itt was on sale.

"My first Fay Kellerman book"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?I would definitely recommend the book. The characters were intriguing. While it didn't strike me as a 5 star book, it seems like a very promising series.
Which character – as performed by Mitchell Greenberg – was your favorite?I thought that Mitchell Greenburg did a great job as a reader. I like Decker's voice the best, which is good as he is the primary character.
