"One of her better books"
I enjoyed the interaction between the gost and charlie. The verbal interaction between the characters was fun. The story line was a bit unusual not what I expected. The end was left asking for another book. By the end of the book you find yourself rooting for bad boy Michael Garland. I hope you give this book a listen.
"Enjoyable"
Love Ted Bell and his characters. The time seem to fly by when reading Pirate. I felt the book was well narrated and the story line intricate.
"Enjoyable Read"
I liked that the author let a couple of victims escape. I was surprised at the identity of the villain. I will no-doubt read this author again.
"Disappointed"
The book started out great, but then seemed to get stuck. I wished the author did more character development.
"Good Read"
I have followed Ted Bell since his first novel Hawke, I have never been disappointed. Phantom kept me reading till the end. I love his leading man Hawk and the way he gets out of the most dangerous situation. I loved Hawk's new ship and the sea battles. The reader was a joy to listen to and the story was complex but yet I didn't get lost.
"typical Sandra Brown"
I enjoyed the book, but it was not note worthry. The characters are lack luster and you find you self just wishing for the author to get on with it. The book did have a nice ending.
"Book left me cold"
Twist and turns gave interest to the book, kept you reading on.
I liked her style and intend to read some more of her books.
The reader did a nice job.
The book felt unfinished. I wanted to know what happened to Maura. Did she follow through with her plan to leave her relationship with the preist.
"Good Read"
I am sure I will be listening to this book again. Characters in the book were interesting, the plot had some twist to it and the reader did a good job.
Just when I was thinking how ever will the characters get out of this mess the author came up with an interesting escape.
My favorit scene is when the bad guy falls to his death.
"One of Linda Howards Best"
To begain with I love Linda Howard's characters and the persons in Kill and Tell don't disappoint. With a strong and careing nurse to the cop with refind manners, Linda sucks you in and keeps you interested all the way to the end.
"A good read"
Kay does a good job bringing out the people and making you care for them. The story is a light and fun read. Set in the present day with a old southern family plantation as a back drop, gost come and go as two people find love.
