p>With time running out to stop the nuclear destruction of Tel Aviv, Dewey Andreas must defeat his most fearsome opponent yet. Off a quiet street in Brooklyn, New York, Israeli Special Forces commander Kohl Meir is captured by operatives of the Iranian secret service, who smuggle Meir back to Iran, where he is imprisoned, tortured, and prepared for a show trial. What they don’t know is that Meir was in New York to recruit Dewey Andreas for a secret operation.

    Story
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, The story captures you, found myself wanting to drive just to get to the next part. There is always something that was mentioned ealier in the story that makes you try to piece together how the story will play out. It was enjoyable as there were action scenes as well as personal moments that you can visualize with great detail.

What did you like best about this story?

Logical progression of events. Like the way the action scenes were intertwind with the discussions. For example when Dewey tells the CIA director not to tell Jessica that he is going to help his friend, then Jessica finds out. Many scenes like that were in the story and it gets you thinking "how is this charater going to respond".

Which character – as performed by Peter Hermann – was your favorite?

All, Each charaters have their uniqueness and Peter does a great job with each one.

    Story
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Would recommend to others, This story was a nice break from the action thrillers I usually listen too. There was some iteresting points in the strory where you ask yourself, What would I do in that situation. The story was good overall, in a few places it went off course to define something that happened or was going to happen so you just have to wait for the punch line.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Miranda, She keeps popping up in the story and conributes as much as the main characters.

What three words best describe Wil Wheaton’s performance?

Pretty good, Knew what character was speaking and the emotions were there to add to the moment.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

Probably not, Books that I read or listened to never really pan out in the movies, the book is always better, movies cut out to much of the story.

    Any additional comments?

Bought this as a sale items and really enjoyed it. I kept asking my self what would happen if an alien race came down and approached us? Who would the approach first? I thougth is was clever that they became an client to an agent who's job is to help actors/actress's get in front of directors and producers to get their name known. There are many issues to address and the book dives into some of the ones that you would expect as well as some that are not so obvious. Was worth the listen, will look for other books from this author as well as book read by the narrator.
