NO EFFIN' WAY!

I enjoyed the Wide Spread Panic concert and history of Paul and Talbot.

Talbot and BT reunion.

Laughs are guaranteed as always when Michael Talbot is in the book. I didn't cry but I was left in disbelief at moments in the book.

This book starts to explain the many lives of Michael Talbot and how he has lived on so many different levels or plains of existence. It will lay a foundation for the Indian Hill series and the Spirit Clearing adventure. I like to think of this series as the foundation of the Talbot lives and if you choose to delve into the other Talbot stories just keep in mind that they are intended to be stand alone books. They are in no way prequels to this series and only additional adventures. As always this book delivers the goods and won't disappoint. Mark Tufo has done it again and Sean Runnette delivers those goods in fine fashion.

I always say I won't include spoilers and I'll continue with that by saying you won't be disappointed. Mark Tufo delivers the goods and wraps up this series in fine fashion.

Sean delivers the Talbot family banter and sarcasm second to none.

The Tufo/Runnette combination always makes me laugh if a Talbot is involved. Throw in some BT and a little Tommy and it's a masterpiece.

If you have never read the Zombie Fallout series and have just now found this adventure I envy you. I was lucky to come in late in the series as the 5th book came out and listened to the entire series to that point in less than a week. The months of waiting for this final book in the saga was painful and way to long. I relistened to the entire series no less than four complete times before this release and several of the books mulitiple times or back to back. Bring on Hollywood and the attempts to capture the greatness of the Zombie Fallout.

It is an excellent fourth installment to the series and won't disappoint.

The fire engine ladder finale will cement any doubts that the brotherhood felt when one's life is on the line is just as strong as any blood relationship.

Sean continues to give a second to none performance.

It too is a book you'll have a hard time stopping.

The mental connections expand and some old enemies rear their ugly heads. This book won't leave you feeling less than but prove this series has staying power. The characters continue to improve and Mark does a great job drawing you into an even deeper rabbit hole that is Zombie Fallout.

BT really starts to come into his own in this installment

The introduction of Pork Chop was full of chuckles and original Talbotisims.

Yes it is and pretty easy to do.

The introduction to the different plains of existance come through and prepare the reader for things yet to come.

This is how fiction should be done when using facts of real life events. Many of the facts from the official story make this book pretty entertaining. Regardless of your political views or belief in the official story this spin wraps up all the loose ends and tells a great story that is better than the official story. The author keeps enough of the technical military jargon at bay so the non military personnel can follow this great yarn as it progress without being bogged down by monotonous nomenclatures and require a field manual to decipher the specifics. Getting to know the operators and agents as well as the emotions they experience is done superbly and the ease of listening to this well narrated book is refreshing. So many times this year books dealing with military operations and the missions to combat terrorism get boring and overly detailed. KBL will keep you on a steady ride of intel and observation with an excellent amount of suspense and weapons play added into the mix. Shining a light on the faces behind the scenes is one of the great things the author does and only adds depth to the story that is larger than life.

Many of the characters in the series really start to come into their own in this book. The banter and interaction among family, friends, and foes will pull you into the story and keep you laughing at all of the one liners. All this while telling a great Zombie story with a added twist. Sean Runnette continues his outstanding narration as he does a superb job bringing the pages to life and as a listener you get the feeling of being a part of the ever growing Talbot family. If you are looking for a sequel that outshines the original book this one is for you. So “move over a scosh” and get ready for the adventure to continue with Michael Talbot.

Sarcasm, Slime, and Suspense.

Michael Talbot is every guys friend who he loves to have because he tells it like it is and his sense of humor will always leave you laughing.

Sean Runnette opens this series as the perfect person to deliver this great story. He only gets better and he IS the voice of Talbot. Let's hope he can act when the movies finally come out because no one can hold a candle to him as the voice of Michael Talbot.

Someone's licking my "P***Hole" will make you LOL if not ROFL. Don't snack on milk and cookies while you are listening to this one as the story opens. You'll laugh and shoot milk through your nose for sure.

Are you a Zombie genre fan? This is by far the top of mountain if not the best thing going. Enjoy and prepare to blow through the entire series in less than a week because you won't want to stop listening.

All and all it is an okay book. The reader just has to go into these additional books using the Michael Talbot character and his companions as a stand alone alternate universe that is in no way as good as the Zombie Fallout series.

It isn't bad but it isn't the greatest spin off of a true core of who Michael Talbot is as you come to know and love. It changes key aspects of his basic life experiences which are what made him the character that is so awesome in the other series.

In this one I'd have to say Talbot's new older friend is my favorite. Jed outshined everyone else in this story by Tufo.

I would only because I'm a huge fan of Talbot and enjoy all of Tufo's books despite the differances in his presentations.

Good but not Great. Wait till it's on sale vs. one you are behind the power curve if you didn't pre order it.

This drags out and holds the reader hostage for a truth that should have been told to reader about Gideon in book one. I got so frustrated with this book it took me more than a month to make myself listen to it in it's entirety. Worse than the first installment and the return of the "C" word with a vengance that left me livid more times than I can count as I stopped the book and walked away from it for days if not weeks on end. I'm sure in print it isn't that bad but for me it's a deal breaker. A much less vulgar noun would have made this book a 3 star story. Can't recommend the series. Give me the last hour of the book and I'd have been much happier than being forced to listen to the 18 plus hours in the two books that lead up to the big revelation.

Save yourself the frustration and go snuggle up with Christian and Anna.

If anyone tells you this book or the series is a substitue for "50 Shades" they are sadly mistaken. I didn't care for this one. It had it's moments and some great erotic interactions but too often than not I was totally turned off by the vulgar use of the "C" word. Sylvia Day didn't do me any favors with this one and have stopped and stared this one so many times I lost count I felt so much frustration and loathing for Eva I'd have kicked her to the curb faster than any woman I've ever dated. Gideon Cross is a piece of work in and of himself and he deserves Eva and all the raining maddness the two of them give each other.

Not my favorite but not the worst waste of a credit by far. Take it for what it is and don't think you are climbing into a series that comes close to competeing with others out there that are some much more rewarding.
