Twenty-five days into the Great Tribulation, the horror and suffering in the world is intensifying. The Antichrist Nicolae Carpathia, now the complete embodiment of evil, is preparing to desecrate the holy temple in Jerusalem by entering and declaring himself god. While Carpathia's forces seek to destroy the Tribulation Force once and for all, the world teeters on the brink of the ultimate battle: Armageddon. But the Tribulation Force of believers has more than a few tricks up their collective sleeve.

You need to listen to this book to make it through the rest of the series, but you will really appreciate Richard Ferrone after this.

Three stars is generous. I liked the story, but the narrator made it somewhat less than enjoyable. In all fairness to the narrator though, where was the producer?

There is an appetite for God. And it can be awakened. I invite you to turn from the dulling effects of food and the dangers of idolatry, and to say with some simple fast: "This much, O God, I want you."Our appetites dictate the direction of our lives - whether it be the cravings of our stomachs, the passionate desire for possessions or power, or the longings of our spirits for God.

Excellent book on the correct perspective of fasting and how it fits into the Christian life. Permeated with the author's fervency to glorify and serve God, and exhorts the reader to do the same.
