Most people who have difficulty setting up a meditation practice cite lack of time as the main hindrance. But with this audiobook, there's no excuse! Guided Meditations for Busy People is designed with the time-pressured in mind and offers nine short meditations from three minutes to nine minutes in length. Most are eight minutes long. These short "sits" are ideal for the person who needs to meditate but who feels they don't have the time.

If you could sum up The Gospel According to Coco Chanel in three words, what would they be?

    Best Feminism Ever!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Coco of course, but Karbo is quite interesting herself.

Have you listened to any of Bernadette Dunne’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, but I loved her performance. She really creates an atmosphere and brings a lot of energy to the story. She makes it alive like I believe Karen Karbo intended.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

The idea that some of the greatest people of our time have "created" themselves literally in their own minds and refused to let anyone correct them.

    Any additional comments?

Great infusion of fashion history in a way that a none fashion buff can also relate to. In fact, I was able to give background info to my husband (who probably didn't care, but pretended very well) about a recent Chanel headline.

Would you try another book from Terah Kathryn Collins and/or Terah Kathryn Collins?

    No.

What could Terah Kathryn Collins have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Tell me anything useful, but I guess that's why she does consultations. If she just told you in a book like Karen Kingston, you would just do it and maybe enjoy it.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Introduction to Feng Shui?

All of it. It makes Feng Shui feel sleazy, like a cheap self help guide instead of an ancient traditional understanding of energy.

What did you like best about METAtropolis Free Story: 'In the Forests of the Night'? What did you like least?

Michael Hogan's voice is great, very thick and emotional. The story had no point to speak of.

Would you be willing to try another book from Jay Lake? Why or why not?

If Michael is reading it and it's free, otherwise no.

Do you think METAtropolis Free Story: 'In the Forests of the Night' needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Only if the follow-up is a convincing explanation of the point of the first one.

It's in the top 10 definitely.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole book lets you into the life and thinking of a genius, how can you not be moved?
